LONDON ESTHETICS TERMS OF SERVICE AND TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

I. GENERAL CONDITIONS
 
1. Reservations for treatments and consultations at London Esthetics Marek Wacławczyk, ul. Mariacka 4-6/10, 40-014 Katowice, NIP 6272249840, are accepted using the convenient online booking system on our website.
2. It is necessary to provide personal data, i.e. name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth in order to confirm the reservation via text message, e-mail, and to provide the service. (See Patient Privacy Policy)
3. The reservation is considered confirmed only after paying the deposit for the treatment, or after making the full payment in the case of a consultation.
4. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance and acceptance of the conditions specified in these regulations.
5. There is a 48-hour cancellation or change policy for any booking. This means that any changes are possible with 2 days’ notice.
6. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of any changes to the date or cancellation with less than 2 calendar days’ notice.
7. All deposits and consultation fees made within less than 2 days from the date of service are non-refundable.
8. Cancellation of the reservation is possible using the ‘cancel reservation’ link in the e-mail confirming the reservation, or in writing by e-mail.
9. The deposit is refunded on the day of reporting the cancellation of the visit, only to the same form of payment that was selected when making the reservation.
10. Deposits and consultation fees are deducted from the amount of the treatment and will be settled after the service has been performed.
11. Online payments are handled by the secure Przelewy24 financial service. London Esthetics does not store sensitive data, such as payment card numbers.

13. We do not issue VAT invoices.
 
II. BOOKING A CONSULTATION
 
14. For the sake of your comfort, safety and quality of services provided, the so-called ‘street visits’ are not accepted, only after prior confirmation by telephone or e-mail, and after making a reservation.
15. Each new patient requires a consultation to develop the most optimal service implementation plan, which includes an allergy test, assessment of the skin condition, determination of needs and possibilities of meeting them.
16. Consultations are payable in advance in the amount of PLN 50 at the time of booking the date.
17. The cost of the consultation will be deducted from the price of the procedure and will be settled after the service has been performed.

19. Reservation of the treatment service after consultation is conditional on the negative result of the allergy test. It can detect delayed allergic reactions to our pigments and other products used during the treatment.
20. An allergy test will be performed during the consultation. In order to detect allergic reactions, the test must be performed at least 24 hours before the procedure, so it is recommended to arrange a consultation at least one day in advance.
 
III. BOOKING A TREATMENT SERVICE
 
21. For the sake of your comfort, safety and quality of services provided, the so-called ‘street visits’, but only after prior confirmation by telephone or e-mail, and after making a reservation.
22. Regardless of the treatment, a deposit of PLN 100 is required to confirm the reservation.
23. The deposit for the treatment will be deducted from the price of the treatment and settled on the day the service is performed. For example, in the case of new patients with a previous consultation, the cost of the procedure is reduced by PLN 150. In the case of regular, returning patients who do not require consultation, the cost of the procedure is reduced by a deposit of PLN 100

IV. RESERVATION OF PIGMENTATION
 
25. As part of the NEW service, we offer free pigmentation within 2 months. Pigmentation after this date is charged according to the price list
26. The reservation for additional pigmentation is confirmed in the office on the day of the first treatment.
27. Pigmentation is free of charge and does not require a deposit, however, a 48-hour rebooking policy applies.
28. Changes made in less than 2 days are subject to a fee of PLN 100
 
V. LONG-TERM TREATMENTS AND PACKAGES
 
29. Some of our services, such as scalp micropigmentation or mesotherapy packages, require several treatment sessions to obtain optimal results.
30. Due to the reduced cost of packages, payment for them is made in full in advance.
31. The price of the scalp micropigmentation service includes up to 4 treatment sessions. If you are satisfied after, for example, 2 treatments, the client is not entitled to a refund of part of the costs incurred for withdrawing from the remaining sessions at your own request.

32. All complaints are accepted only in writing: by post to the company’s registered office address indicated in the first point or by e-mail to info@londest.pl
